From the bold aromatic flavours of Thai curries to the delicate fresh taste of sushi, Asian foods are popular around the world. Incorporating a healthy balance of colour and texture, with a strong emphasis on vegetables of various kinds, seemingly exotic ingredients are turned into dishes simple and flavourful. Traditionally, ingredients such as coconut milk and coconut oil are used as a substitute for dairy products, and herbs such as lemon grass and galanga are used for flavour. With rice, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, chilies, dried onions are created sweet-sour piquant salads and curries to tempt every palate. IIC has made special arrangements to serve “Pan Asian Cuisine” from 05th February (Friday) to 7th February 2021 (Sunday) (03 days) for its members. In addition our bakery chef will also be presenting special bakery items at the confectionary counter for bakery lovers.
These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
