IIC invites sealed bids in two parts, i.e., Technical Bid for the jobs as defined Print Specifications at Annexure II and Financial Bid for the job specified in Annexure III. Before submission of the bid, the bidders are advised to inspect various publications published by IIC and have an idea about the nature and quality of work involved in order to make estimates about the cost of work required to be done.
 

The Technical and the financial bids to be submitted separately clearly indicating ‘TECHINAL BID’ / ‘FINANCIAL BID’ on the right top corner of the envelope. Financial Bids for the job specified in Annexure III will be opened only for the Agencies found suitable for empanelment.

On the basis of assessment of production capacity and infrastructure, agencies will be empaneled with IIC. Only those agencies shall be considered for Empanelment, who fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned in Annexure-I and Annexure-II, possess the desired equipments/machineries and infrastructures, agree to abide by main terms and conditions for empanelment as contained in Annexure-III and can-do printing jobs as per terms and conditions prescribed by IIC from time to time.
 

Financial Bid for the printing of IIC Quarterly as per the specifications laid out in Annexure IV will be submitted separately duly marked “FINANCIAL BID”. The financial bid will only be opened for the agencies found suitable for the empanelment of printing jobs with IIC.
