Vide our email dated 15th April 2020,  we had intimated  to all members  that all facilities at the Centre shall remain closed till 3rd May 2020,   in view of the lockdown imposed by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), Government of India.    As you may be aware that the MHA/ GNCTD  have extended the lockdown upto 17th of May, 2020 and  have also issued   detailed guidelines regarding measures to be taken  to combat COVID-19   vide their orders dated 1st May and 3rd  May 2020, respectively.

Consequently, we would like to inform the Members that all facilities at the Centre shall also remain closed during the period of extended lockdown i.e. upto 17th May 2020.

Assuming that the lockdown will be lifted w.e.f. 18th May, 2020, we have decided to start Library, Hostel Rooms, Dining Hall, and Lounge facilities for our Members from 18th May 2020.

However, hygiene and safety norms including social-distancing will be strictly implemented.

The decision to open the aforesaid facilities at the Centre is incumbent of any other further guidelines from MHA/GNCTD.  We will be reviewing the situation   on 16th May, 2020 and will inform you of the final decision as to the opening of facilities from 18th May 2020.
