Hyderabadi Cuisine, also better known as Deccani Cuisine is an amalgamation of Mughlai, Arabic and Turkish delicacies mixed with native Maratha and Telugu Culinary tradition. It is reputedly the spiciest and hottest of all Indian Cuisines. Hyderabadi Mughlai which evolved in the city is a cuisine rich and aromatic with its delicious Kebabs, Biryani’s and Salans flavoured with exotic spices, nuts and Dry Fruits. IIC has made special arrangements to serve “Hyderabadi Bahar” from 12th September (Saturday) to 16th September 2020 (Wednesday) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and can also be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
