“LEBANESE FOOD”
 
From Lebanon, the melting pot of the Middle East comes a cuisine influenced over the centuries by many civilizations bringing their own recipes and their own way of creating food. In Lebanon, food is the center of each gathering. Popular ingredients used in Lebanese dishes include bulgur, garlic, parsley and mint, and an abundance of whole grains, fresh vegetables, fruit, seafood and meat. IIC has made special arrangements to serve “LEBANESE FOOD” from 18^th December (Friday) to 20th December 2020 (Sunday) (03 days) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
