NIZAMI FOOD FESTIVAL
Take home the flamboyant flavours of Nizami cuisine this weekend. Inspired by the royal kitchens of the Nizams of Hyderabad, the dishes on our menu in the `Nizami Food Festival’ are richly flavoured by the skilled use of various spices, herbs and natural edibles. In this amalgamation of Mughal, Turkish and Arabic cuisines, along with the influence of the native Telugu and Marathwada cuisines, are perennial favourites baghara baingan, mirch ka salan, nargasi kofta and kachhe gost ki biryani. Enjoy the complete range of dishes from our `Take Away Menu’ from 02nd January (Saturday) to 4th January 2021 (Monday) (03 days) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
