“EUROPEAN DELIGHT”
The classic flavours of winter warming European food take you on a gastronomic tour of the Continent this weekend at IIC. Curated from the best of our menus are perennial favourites Stuffed lamb leg, Fish cardinal, Chicken ala-king, Ratatouille crepes, among many other traditional recipes, accompanied by hearty flans and a variety of vegetable dishes and warm, fresh breads. IIC is serving the “European Delight” for its member from 22nd January (Friday) to 24th January (Sunday) 2021. In addition our bakery chef will also be presenting special “Bread & Pastry” at the confectionary counter for food lovers. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
