In the days of the Raj, the Sailana dynasty was famous for its hospitality, cuisine and wine.Food had always been a passion and a way of life. Gone today are the kings and maharajas but not their sumptuous repasts, carefully documented and preserved for modern times. With some recipes that date back to the era of Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb, the Sailana tradition includes royal dishes collected and perfected from the whole country. These magnificent royal recipes can be enjoyed by IIC Members from 20 August to 22 August 2021.
