An art, a tradition, and a way of life, French cuisine is a unique, cultural experience that owes its existence to Catherine de Medici’s marriage to the King of France in the 15th century. Her   Florentine-educated cooks brought with them a sense of creative drama, with the beautiful presentation and innovative flavours that still characterise French cooking even today. Explore our Chef’s presentation of a selection of famed French dishes this weekend in the run up to the festivities of Christmas and New Year. IIC will be serving the special menu from 10th December to 12th December. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge, and also can be booked on prior demand as ‘Takeaway’ items.
