Dear IIC Institutional Member,
Sub: Elections to the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for the period (April 2023-March 2025)
- A copy of the Election Bye-laws has already been shared with all the eligible members. We are pleased to announce the facility to exercise the right to vote by electronic means for the eligible members. This facility has been arranged through M/s NSDL (National Securities Depository Limited) which has wide experience in conducting such elections and also is STQC complaint. (Strict adherence to the secrecy and confidentiality norms)
- NSDL will send a separate E-Mail with the instructions and user id and password at your registered e-mail id and mobile number with IIC to enable you to cast your vote electronically. Members are to login with the provided user Id and password on the voting URL www.evoting.nsdl.com. As an alternative, the member may login using the OTP option, in which case an OTP will be issued to the member's registered mobile number to verify their membership.
- For institutional members, the E-voting shall have Event Number “123626” for election to one seat (Institutional Category) of Board of Trustees and for Institutional Members other than Universities, the E-voting shall have Event Numbers “123628”, for election to one seat (Institutional Category) of Executive Committee respectively.
- The remote E-voting facility will be available round the clock during the following period:

- The E-voting will not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time and its module would automatically get disabled on the expiry of the aforesaid period.
- If you do not wish to cast your vote through electronic means, you shall have the option to cast your vote physically by the EVM (Electronic Voting Machine) at the Polling Booth at IIC Main Centre on 25th March 2023, any time from 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours.

- Friday, the 10th March 2023 at 15:30 hrs (1st Batch)
- Friday, the 10h March 2023 at 16:30 hrs (2nd Batch)
Kindly inform Secretary IIC at secretary.iic@nic.in of your participation in the O&F Programme.
- Those who are unable to attend the O&F Programme, can view a detailed presentation on it, containing step-by-step guide for the e-voting, at the IIC Website. The presentation shall be hosted on the IIC Website on 10th March 2023 and remain on display till the last date of the e-voting i.e. 17th March 2023.
