OPEN FRAME FILM FESTIVAL AND FORUM 2016

The sixteenth edition of Open Frame Film Festival and Forum is about reflections and ruminations. It is about acknowledging our diverse, complex and multiple histories and confronting critical questions about our times. Memory, nostalgia, history, image making, storytelling and hope are recurrent themes which will provide varied contexts for engaging with the idea of India in its many embodiments. The films and conversations will highlight the perils of single stories and narratives and the need to reclaim and embrace our vibrant diversities. Located among the stories of conflict, are also stories of courage, passion, syncretism, human effort, change and transformation that point to directions for our collective, shared futures.

The festival includes workshops, discussions, and conversations. For details of the festival and screening schedules, kindly please log onto www.psbt.org and www.iicdelhi.in
