An exhibition of prize winning photographs from the World Press Photo Contest 2016. An annual contest on photojournalism and documentary photography conducted by the World Press Photo Foundation, the contest awards photographers for the best images in visual journalism of the past year. The jury of the 2016 competition gave prizes in eight categories to 41 photographers from 21 countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, and the USA
