(a)

Essential Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized University
  • Shorthand with typing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

(b)

Additional Qualification

  • Any additional higher qualification

(c)

Experience

  • Should have worked with administration department in a reputed organization for at least 10 years.
  • Knowledge of secretarial and administrative procedures.
  • Minimum 50 wpm for typing and 70-100 wpm in shorthand.
  • Having good written and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of various statutory compliances pertaining to an organization.

        35 Years (Minimum)

Remunerations

        Fixed emoluments per month Rs.45,000/-.

Selection Process:
