Essential Qualification

• 12^th pass from a recognized University
• One Year diploma in cooking
• Specialization in Indian cooking

• Any additional higher qualification

(c)

Experience

• Should have worked with a hotel/restaurant for at least 05 years.
• Should be proficient in cooking Indian dishes with adequate sanitation procedures.
• Well versed in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

        25 Years (Minimum) – 35 Years (Maximum)

Remunerations

 Fixed emoluments per month Rs.30,000/- during Contract period.
