November’s bracing chill and mild sunshine call for a change of palate to a more robust and winter-warming Continental menu. Encompassing a variety of dishes perfected by IIC Kitchen is a selection of starters, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Non-vegetarians have a choice of main course between  Mutton gulash and  delicately flavoured Chicken Breasts in mushroom sauce, while Ratatouille pancake and crisp, colourful Vegetables grilled Mediterranean style are delectable main course options for vegetarians. With warm fragrant bread, freshly baked, with your meal, and perennial favourites Tiramisu and Caramel Peaches as dessert, this weekend’s dine-out promises to be memorable. IIC has made special arrangements to serve “CONTINENTAL CUISINE” on 5 & 6 NOVEMBER 2022 (02 days) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lotus Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
