The second and third phase of the pandemic have caused devastating impact on the revenue streams of the Centre. Despite the Centre undertaking various cost cutting measures, the revenue deficit could not be bridged. Consequently, the Centre would be incurring substantial loss during the current financial year.
2. In the 65th AGBM (held on 31 March 2021), some Members had demanded that there should not be any discrimination in charging of the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) from Members in the age group of 70-90 years on the basis of their place of residence (Delhi/NCR or outside) .
3. Keeping in view the above and with the approval of the Competent Authority, it has been decided to revise the ASF for all categories of Members from next financial year (2022-23) and to dispense with differential rates of ASF for the Members in the age group of 70-90 years. The revised rates of ASF are at Annexure-I. (Please click on the `Annexure-I’ to view the revised rates).
4. As per Rule 9 of the Memorandum of Association and Rules & Regulations of the Centre, Subscriptions towards Membership are payable in advance for each financial year and shall be due for payment on the 1st April of each year. It shall be the responsibility of the Members to ensure due and timely payment of subscriptions.
5. You are requested to please pay your ASF for FY-2022-23 on or before 01-04-2022, as per the revised rates.
