Go Continental this weekend with IIC’s Executive Chef Shri Vijay Thakural’s ever-popular, signature Western dishes. Choose from a selection of meat, chicken and fish in a variety of flavourful sauces, accompanied by crisp, colourful salads seasoned with fresh herbs and condiments. With corn fritters, vegetable crepes, ratatouille pasta, spinach quiche and mushroom risotto, as add-ons or as stand-alone dishes, this is a menu that will delight all gourmets.
