From the homes of the Kayasthas of Old Delhi’s Civil Lines and Mall Road comes a cuisine that is one of the truest manifestations of India’s splendid Ganga-Jamuni culture. This blending of regional and Indo–Islamic influences, resulting in a rich, layered tapestry of tastes and flavours,  is marked by the dominance of red meat and masalas, and cooking  styles  that are distinctly unique, like bhuna, dhunger and dum. IIC will be serving this special menu from 03rd September to 5th September 2021. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/dine in menu.
