Go continental this weekend with IIC’s Executive Chef Shri Vijay Thakural’s ever-popular, signature Western dishes. Choose from a selection of meat, chicken and fish in a variety of flavourful sauces, accompanied by crisp, colourful salads seasoned with fresh herbs and condiments.   With prawns, roast chicken, asparagus, vegetable steak, corn pancake and mushroom in red pepper sauce, as add-ons or as stand-alone dishes, this is a menu that will delight all gourmets.    Two magnificent desserts round off this rich and satisfying meal. IIC will be serving the special menu from 31st December to 02nd January 2022. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/dine in menu.
