Said to be the humblest of all cuisines, Eastern cuisine is a colourful reflection of at least 11 countries that make up the region, the product of human trade and interaction over time.  Its subtle delights are all about multicultural flavours. For a very special dining experience,  try our specially curated round up of some enduring favourites from across the region. IIC will be serving the special menu from 19th to 21st November 2021.
