With the summer heat almost upon us, this weekend’s menu lays emphasis on crisp, cooling salads and light main courses drawn from the diversity and cultural richness of European cuisine. Choose from a couple of Mediterranean salads, quiche, Irish stew, pancakes and sautéed vegetables, with the famed coq-au-vin and fish grenobloise to tempt non-vegetarians. Bring this delightful meal to a perfect end with the tangy flavours of a lemon meringue pie and fruit flan. IIC will be serving the special “European Palette” menu from 25th to 27th March 2022. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away menu.
