Italian cuisine is characterised with simplicity, with many dishes made up of few ingredients. It is a Mediterranean cuisine developed across the Italian peninsula since antiquity, and later spread around the world through the Italian diaspora. Italian cuisine has a great variety of ingredients which are commonly used, ranging from fruits, vegetables, grains, cheeses, meats and fish. This weekend, come an experience this delicious cuisine in our special weekend menu. IIC will be serving the special menu from 25th to 27th February 2022. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/dine in menu.
