For enthusiasts of rich and flavourful Mughlai cuisine, this weekend’s Menu at IIC promises to be a very special treat. Once prepared for royals and emperors, this serendipitous amalgam of North Indian with Central Asian styles of cooking, with its heady aromas, rich textures and exotic ingredients, remains a perennial favourite of food lovers everywhere. The balmy, early winter weather is the perfect accompaniment to this thoughtfully curated range of tikkas, kebabs, curries and biryanis. IIC will be serving the special menu from 26th to 28th November 2021. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/dine in menu.
