LAHORI FOOD FESTIVAL
From Lahore, the city with an extremely rich food culture created by a people who love to eat, IIC Kitchen brings you a cuisine that integrates Central Asian, North Indian and Middle Eastern influences. Popular around the world, its palatable and mild flavours are a gourmet’s delight. Savour Lahore’s famed Fort Road Street recipes that feature lamb, chicken, fish, lentils and vegetables as well as traditional dairy preparations.
IIC has made special arrangements to serve Lahori Food Festival from 08th January (Friday) to 10th January 2021 (Sunday) (03 days) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
