Nawabi Heritage defines Lucknow food. IIC Kitchen brings to you the “Lucknowi Nazakat” with the richness and variety of the Lucknowi dastarkhan cooked in the traditional dum style of cooking. Savour these non-vegetarian and vegetarian khandani recipes and kababs of the havelis prepared with exotic spices and complimented with dried fruits at IIC from 27th November (Friday) to 29th November 2020 (Sunday) (03 days) for its members. In addition, our bakery chef will also be presenting special “Pastry & Roll” at the confectionary counter for food lovers. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
