Mexico—the land that gave us chocolate and ever-popular favourites Tacos, Tortillas, Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Burritos and Tamales. Its unique culinary culture draws from early Aztec and Mayan civilizations to modern European/Spanish and Caribbean influences. Simple native elements—peanuts, vanilla, kidney beans and tomatoes—are supplemented by beef, pork, chicken, goat and dairy. Celebrated for the flamboyant use of chillies that vary in taste, shape and flavour, Mexican dishes are also often defined by sauces and condiments. This weekend, enjoy a taste of Mexican Fiesta with IIC’s Special Menu from 12th March to 14th March 2021. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge of Main Centre and also can be booked on prior demand as ‘Take Away’ items.
