“NAVRATRI FOOD”

Navratri is a vibrant celebration of worship, festivities, and fasting, offering a profound cleansing of both body and soul. During the nine auspicious nights, devotees honor Goddess Durga with dedicated rituals and a vegetarian satvik diet. This special diet includes wholesome ingredients such as kuttu atta, singhara atta, fresh vegetables, milk, yogurt, and makhana. Each dish is infused with the rich flavors of butter and pure ghee, seasoned with sendha namak. These Navratri specialties are not only light and easily digestible but also serve as a perfect means of detoxification.
From 30th March to 6th April, 2025, IIC will offer a special Navratri menu and Navratri Thali in both the Main and Annexe Dining areas. These delectable offerings will be available alongside our regular menu, ensuring a delightful dining experience throughout the sacred festival.
