This weekend, journey with IIC to the Far East and South East Asia for a taste of perennially  popular Oriental delights from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and China.  Savour the harmonious blending of colours, aromas, flavours, shapes and textures in authentic curries combined with rice and noodles, and tempuras and satays. IIC will be serving the  Special Menu from 26 March to 28 March 2021. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall and Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
