Temper the searing heat of the Delhi summer this weekend at IIC with a cuisine that is light, tangy and flavourful. Drawing together the many delights of the Far Eastern kitchen, we bring you ever-popular satays and fish pies as starters, along with crisp tempura and sushi balls. Choose from main courses of chicken, fish and lamb and an abundance of crunchy seasonal vegetables, stir-fried and tossed in piquant sauces, teamed with pad thai noodles and fried rice. Chinese churros and cream caramel, crafted from coconut and jaggery, complete the palate of summery flavours. IIC will be serving the special menu from 09th-11th July 2021. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/ dine in menu.
