This weekend, join us on a nostalgic culinary journey with a Continental Menu curated from the late Mrs. Bhicoo Manekshaw’s  repertoire for the IIC. From the 1970s onwards, and for the next twenty years, Chef Extraordinaire Cordon Bleu-trained Mrs. Manekshaw, in association with IIC Executive Chef Vijay Thukral, introduced a range of dishes by famous chefs as well as from the Cordon Bleu. The dishes on this Menu, known for their ‘colonial’ touch and flavours, have continued to delight IIC Members over the years. IIC will be serving the special menu from 1st-3rd October 2021.
