Nirāmayatā: Healing and Wellbeing in South Asian Texts and Practices

The exhibition will be inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr S. Jaishankar, Hon. Minister of External Affairs, Govt. of India (tbc) at 16:30 hrs on 6th October, 2026

An exhibition of reproductions of landmark works that trace the development of India’s healing sciences, the contributions of women healers and other practitioners, and the broader understanding of well-being in relation to diet and environment. Highlights are original Balinese palm-leaf manuscripts on Usada (healing systems).

The exhibition will remain on view from 7 to 18 October 2026 daily from 11:00 to 19:00 hrs
