Yoga Demonstration at IIC 

This year marks the 12th annual global celebration of International Day of Yoga, continuing a worldwide movement dedicated to promoting holistic health, preventive care, and overall well-being. Join us for a special Yoga demonstration and an opportunity to learn more about the benefits and practice of Yoga.
