Brief of the Position

Qualification |
Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science with at least 55% marks from any recognized University / Institution. |

Age |
Below 45 years |

c) |
Desirable Qualifications |
PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent; Knowledge of Computer Applications; Knowledge of Creation and Maintenance of Digital Repositories using OSS, preferably Dspace; Knowledge of Metadata Creation using International Standards; Knowledge of using innovative Lib 3.0 tools; Evidence of experience of the above-indicated jobs; Knowledge of various day to day activities in a special library. |

Experience |
Minimum experience of 10 years in handling various jobs in special libraries in digital environment. |

Remunerations |
Basic Pay Rs. 47,600/- plus DA & other allowances Gross Emoluments : Rs. 81,000.00 |
