The eligibility criteria for submitting applications are as follows:

a) | Qualification | Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering |
b) | Age | 35 – 45 Years. |
c) | Key Responsibilities | Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawing /final approved drawing from the authorities. Validating inventory of material Ensuring Monitoring, Planning, Coordination, Control, stipulated quality standard Coordination with sub-contractor for smooth flow of work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates. Monitoring daily progress of site. Checking the running/final bills of executed work, with measurement checking as per the given drawings Recommending new and qualitative products for project work.

d) | Experience | Minimum 10 years in Building construction area and Project Management. |
e) | Remunerations | Monthly Professional Fees Rs. 65,000/- |
