Key Responsibilities

• Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawing /final approved drawing from the authorities. 

• Validating inventory of material

• Ensuring Monitoring, Planning, Coordination, Control, stipulated quality standard  

• Coordination with sub-contractor for smooth flow of work. 

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates.

• Monitoring daily progress of site. 

• Checking the running/final bills of executed work, with measurement checking as per the given drawings 

• Recommending new and qualitative products for project work.

Experience

Minimum 10 years in Building construction area and Project Management.

       Monthly Professional Fees Rs. 65,000/-
