Commi-III (One Post) on fixed term contract basis.

Start date: 16^th July 2024

End date : 26^th July 2024

(a)	Essential Qualification	12^th pass from a recognized University One Year diploma in cooking Specialization in South Indian cooking
(b)	Additional Qualification	Any additional higher qualification
(c)	Experience	Should have worked with a hotel/restaurant for at least 01 years. Should be proficient in cooking South Indian dishes/snacks with adequate sanitation procedures. Well versed in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
(d)	Age	23 Years (Minimum)
(e)	Remunerations	Fixed emoluments per month Rs.25,000/-

Selection Process:

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a food trial.
