Essential Qualification

  • 10th pass from a recognized University
  • One Year diploma in cooking
  • Specialization in South Indian cooking

(b)

Additional Qualification

  • Any additional higher qualification

(c)

Experience

  • Should have worked with a hotel/restaurant for at least 02 years.
  • Should be proficient in cooking South Indian dishes/snacks with adequate sanitation procedures.
  • Well versed in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

Age

        21 Years (Minimum) – 30 Years (Maximum)

(e)

Remunerations

Fixed emoluments per month Rs.25,000/- during Contract period
