As nations around the world are looking for options to meet their future energy demands to sustain economic growth, nuclear energy is being considered one of the major and most talked about options globally. India too has opted nuclear as one of the critical alternatives to quench its growing energy thirst in the coming days. However, in the wake of the recent disasters witnessed at Fukushima city, Japan, has raised certain critical questions on the overall nuclear safety regime worldwide. Since India is one of the front-runners in expanding its nuclear energy programme, it is imperative that the nation discusses the issue of safety in the holistic terms

A slide show in the traditional Indian schools of painting depicts scenes from the story weaving the presentation together
