Shri Ashwajit Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of IPE Global, a leading social and development sector advisory firm working in 100+ countries. He has over 30 years of global experience in policy, institution building, management and the social sector. A Chartered Accountant (AF Ferguson) and Company Secretary, he is an accomplished professional. An alumnus of Modern School, he graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce and pursued post-graduation from the London School of Economics (Inlaks Scholar) and Harvard Business School (OPM).

Air Commodore Kanwal Wali (Retd.) has had a distinguished career in the Indian Air Force (IAF), serving for over three decades in various key staff and operational appointments. After retirement from the IAF in March 2018, he took over the role of Secretary, IIC, in December 2018. In this capacity, he has been pivotal in organising and facilitating numerous cultural and intellectual events, fostering dialogue and understanding across diverse fields at IIC.

Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma is Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi (State University). He was instrumental in setting up Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi and rose to become its Dean. He is a Former Chairman of National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NAΒΗ). For distinguished services to the medical profession, he was conferred the Dr. B. C. Roy Award (2007), Padma Shri (2014) and National Science and Technology Award (2020) by the President of India.

Dr. Shailesh Nayak, Life Trustee IIC, is an Indian scientist and is currently Director of the National Institute of Advanced Studies Bengaluru, from 2018. He is the former Chancellor of TERI School of Advanced Studies (2019¬–2025) and Distinguished Scientist in the Ministry of Earth Sciences. He was the Earth System Science Organization (ESSO) Chair and Secretary to the Government of India for Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) (August 2008–2015). He was the Chairman of the Earth Commission in India.

Dr. Meenakshi Gopinath, Life Trustee IIC, is currently Founder and Director of WISCOMP (Women in Security, Conflict Management and Peace). She is also Chair, Board of Governors, Centre for Policy Research, and Principal Emerita of Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, where she served as Principal for 26 years. She has been a member of the University Grants Commission, India. Dr. Gopinath was the first woman to be nominated to the National Security Advisory Board of India. She is a member of multi-track peace initiatives and people-to-people dialogues in South Asia.

Shri N. N. Vohra, Life Trustee (and past President) of the India International Centre, joined the IAS in 1959. During his tenure till 1994, he held important positions in the Government of India, including as Defence Secretary and Home Secretary and after retirement, as Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister. He has long years of experience in the security management arena. After the India-China conflict, he joined the Special Services Bureau, received training with the SAS of UK, and served in the Western Himalaya theatre. Later, he served as Home Secretary Punjab.
