2. Subscription

Paid Annually by 31 st March of every year, with a grace period of two months.

In case of delay beyond 31 st of May, Surcharge of 100%

Non payment by 30 th June would result in cancellation of membership.

3. Payment of Bills

4. Programmes

Programme Schedule : Programmes in detail and ‘Today's Programme' are displayed on the website under ‘Programmes'. The Programme Cards are issued every month. Programmes are generally held in evenings at 6.30 p.m. onwards and during day time on some Saturdays / Holidays

All Programmes and Films are free of charges.

5. Publications

Diary — Bimonthly giving information on review of events and matters of general information to members. Diaries are issued for the months of January and February in March, March and April in May, May and June in July, July and August in September, September and October in November, November and December in January

Quarterly — 3 issues, with one …………….issue - on payment of annual subscription

6. Library

Timing of Library — Open from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and Holidays from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Closed on Holi, Diwali and National Holidays.

Issue of Books — Borrow 4 books for a period of 15 days. Only two Periodicals can be issued at a time.

Use of important Library facilities available are Wired Internet, WiFi, JSTOR, WEBOPAC

8. Facilities for Members

Members can book:

Hostel Rooms —

Hostel Rooms for themselves if they are outside NCR. Booking is through letters, in person, e-mail, telephone, verbal, requires to be followed by written request.

For Guests for those who are in NCR as well as outside NCR.

Venues — Indoor & Outdoor i.e. Conference Halls, Lawns etc. Office for booking is Central Booking Office (CBO)

Use of Dining Hall, Lounge, Bar. Can bring guests

9. Rules Governing Various Aspects

Security –

Strictly observe the guidelines issued from time to time.

Security personnel have been authorized to check and identify the vehicles and visitors.

Members are requested to carry their membership card

Parking –

No parking within the Main Complex & Annexe.

Self Driven cars at Lane No. 3

Chauffer driven on Max Mueller Marg after dropping the members

Members have been issued Vehicle's Identification Stickers on a nominal payment of Rs. 10/- per sticker

Restrictions –

Children below 8 are not allowed in catering outlets / Bar except in Annexe Lounge on Sunday / Holiday.

Interviews by the Media are permitted only at specified areas.

10. Means of Communications

Through letters delivered through Courier. Members have option of receiving through India Post
