The production is in Sanskrit with interspersed English narration, the artist tells the story of Karna, his life and its trials, tribulations, and his eventual downfall

Mukesh: The Singer who lives on
This presentation on Mukesh will focus on his style of singing, reasons behind his success, biographical details, the social-political context within which his songs are situated, relations with noted film personalities & music directors, etc.  Audio clips would accompany the lecture.  A special feature would be the unheard and unreleased songs of Mukesh
 
A bureaucrat by profession, Pankaj Rag is also a connoisseur of music, who has done extensive research in cinema and culture and his book on film music directors from 1931 – 2005,  Dhuno Ki Yatra is a highly acclaimed book. He has also authored 1857: The Oral Tradition (published by Rupa & Co.) which tries to reconstruct the First War of Independence through folk songs and folk tales
