The eighth biennial edition of the Environmental Film Festival organized in collaboration with Toxics Link; and Swedish Society for Nature Conservation. Curated around five broad themes Biodiversity, Sustainability, Climate Change, Water and Chemicals, the festival presents 28 long and short Indian and international documentaries that focus on different issues, regions and struggles to give audiences a better opportunity to understand and engage with environmental issues. Directors of some of the films will be present to introduce their films and lead a discussion after

Locating the story in Mussoorie where Salma is brought there by her doting parents to forget her infatuation with Ahmed, a lecturer, leftist, and poor. Two families, neighbours and best friends, Khans and Mathurs, play out a charade of love, loss, histrionics, hypocrisy in an India of the 1950s

An exhibition on 21 Muslim Women who gave up the purdah on the eve of Independence and became partners in building a new India. The main body of their work spanned from 1947 until the end of the century and has remained largely invisible, unrecognized and unsung. They became writers, teachers, artists, scientists, lawyers, educators, political workers, trade unionists. A few became MPs, MLAs and some represented India in international fora. The women featured in this exhibition such as Begum Saeeda Khurshid, Begum Sharifa Hamid Ali, Begum Aziza Imam, Begum Saliha Abid Husain and others
