Brasilia: Half a Century of Brazil's Capital
Curated by Danielle Rocha Athayde
Brasilia is a landmark in the history of cities. It is the only city designed and built taking architectural concepts from the modern movement. Comprising architectural and urban plans, photographs, display windows, projections and a mock-up of the city on a grand scale, the exhibition is also a homage to the dream of Juscelino Kubitscheck, Oscar Niemeyer, Lúcio Costa and thousands of workers
Inauguration by H.E. Mr Carlos Duarte, Ambassador of Brazil, on Thursday, 11th October, at 18:30
