Sculptor, enamellist and researcher Balan Nambiar will speak on Golden Ratio, Fibonacci Sequences, Fractals and the Arts

Balan Nambiar is a painter, sculptor, enamellist and photographer. He is also a research scholar on the ritual arts of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. He is a recipient of State and National Awards for his creative works – sculpture; Fellowships from Lalit Kala Akademi,  Ministry of Culture and the Nehru Fellowship from the Jawaharlal Nehru Foundation for his academic research
