The eligibility criteria for submitting applications are as follows:            

         a)

Qualification

Hotel Management Graduate or Degree in Business Administration.

Sales professional with extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry with some of the most recognized 5-star hotel brands or equivalent.

b)

Age

25 – 35 yrs. 

c)

Desirable Qualifications

 

 

 

 

 

                                      

  1. Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets

  2. Experienced in successfully managing the sales team towards meeting organizational revenue goals.

  3. Highly skilled in Client relationship management, thus helping create and enhance customer loyalty.

  4. Expert team management ability, motivating team members to contribute their best. 

  5. Strong line management, financial management (budgeting and P&L understanding) and people skills.

  6. Increasing productivity & profitability of the establishment.

  7. Strategic planning and execution abilities.  

d)

Experience

4 to 5 years of supervisory experience in banquet sales or similar roles.

Remunerations

Gross Emoluments Rs.52,173/-
