Traditional Southeast Asian recipes incorporate the organising principles of Chinese cuisine and the complex flavours derived from Indian herbs and spices, serving as  a diverse cultural crossroads that forms a culinary link between Asia and the Indian subcontinent. Although there are vast regional and provincial variations, they are marked by the abundance of tropical fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs and spices, and staples covering coconut, chilli, fish sauce, rice and seafood. Flavours are a complex combination of sweet, sour, and salty, with a well-balanced contrast of textures. IIC will be serving this special menu “Eastern Epicure” from 9th to 11th September 2022. These items shall be served in addition to the regular take away/dine in menu.
