Launch of the programme and e-kit and I Love Reading book series
The 300 Million Challenge is a Katha-led initiative that stems from the fact that 50% of the 300 million children in India, cannot read at grade level. Katha, along with its strategic partners, seeks to solve this problem. The event marks the beginning of many initiatives to bring the joy of reading to every child.
Katha will be joined by our strategic partners, eminent personalities from various fields, children, women from our communities and various stakeholders
Anyone is welcome to attend the event to get a better understanding of the Challenge. You can donate your old books for our children (Hindi story preferred for 5 – 10 year olds)
