She has successfully treated various ailments ranging from asthma, arthritis and backache to tumours and cancer. She conducts yoga workshops within and outside India, and has written books and articles, and produced television programmes on the subject
Diet is viewed differently by different health systems. For modern science it is vitamins, minerals, and calories, while Indian systems look for the quality of its energy or ‘prana’. It is essential to integrate them both to get the correct picture and know what to eat and what to avoid to prevent ailments. Furthermore there are certain wonder food that need to be included in our daily diet for still better result
