Gujarati cuisine is a potent mixture that is a little spicy, a little salty, and more than anything else, carries strong undertones of sweetness.  An exquisite and innovative blend of flavours from Kathiyawad, Kutch, Surat and Amdavad, this diverse yet appealing cuisine offers a wide variety of primarily vegetarian dishes, each with its unique cooking style, with different kinds of pickles, farsans and chutneys. IIC has made special arrangements to serve “Gujrati Rasoi” from 15th January (Friday) to 17th January 2021 (Sunday) (03 days) for its members. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall, Lounge & Lotus Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
