 “RAJASTHANI CUISINE”

Rajasthani cuisine is rich, colourful, fiery and unique. Milk, lots of ghee and local spices are used to create a cuisine that is heavily influenced by the traditions of the royal Rajput kitchens and the weather conditions of the land. This weekend, let us take you on a gastronomical journey with a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and sweet & savoury delicacies at IIC from 04th (Friday) to 6th December 2020 (Sunday) (03 days). In addition our bakery chef will also be presenting special “European bakery” at the confectionary counter for pastry lovers. These items shall be served in addition to the regular menu in the Dining Hall, Lounge & Lotus Lounge and also can be booked on prior demand as “Take Away” items.
